When will I receive my order?
LOCAL DELIVERIES
Local deliveries are made once daily from 7:00AM-11:00AM. We asked that orders be placed by 6:00PM the previous day.
If you have specific delivery time requirements please let us know within the "Preferred Delivery Date" field upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

I'd like to pick up my order. Where are you located?
While our bake site is located in Torrance, we do not have a storefront that meets the requirements for in-person sales. You can find us at local South Bay farmers' markets through out the week. A list of our operating farmers' markets can be found on our website here.

How long will my order stay fresh? Do I need to keep it in the refrigerator?
In order to preserve freshness, all of our products are made-to-order and can last 5-7 days depending on how they are stored. Refrigeration is not necessary but does prolong expiration. We recommend all products be individually wrapped if consumed over time to help preserve freshness. Cake toppings, such as cream-cheese frosting should be kept in the refrigerator.
Are your products safe for people with food allergies?
We take food allergies very seriously. As some of our products do contain nuts our kitchen operates from two sets of equipment. If you do have a food allergy please let us know upon ordering to ensure that the correct process is taken. Additionally, all of our nut products and flavors are labeled on our website.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for large quantity orders?
If you are interested in ordering muffins, cakes or cookies at wholesale contact us here to discuss. We do not currently offer this but are open to new opportunities.

What steps are you taking to protect against the COVID-19 virus?
The safety of our team and customers is very important to us. All of our products are prepackaged by healthy team members at our approved bake site. Our products remain sealed until you're ready to enjoy them.
Our bake site is deep cleaned and sanitized daily by our team. Additionally, we have reduced the amount of team members allowed in our facilities at a time to further protect everyone.
Our team utilizes protective wear such as gloves and masks upon all deliveries and farmers' markets.
While we will accept cash at our farmers' markets, we prefer that our customers pay with card using our contactless card system. This is includes Apple Pay and tap payments.
We love catching up with our customers when we see them but at this time we ask that you refrain from conversations with us longer than 5 minutes.
Social distancing is important to us so please stay 6FT apart from our team when necessary.
Protective shields are in place at the our booth at farmers' markets. Please refrain from approaching our team from the sides and back of our booth. We know this may be inconvenient for some but this will keep everyone safe.
